Abstract:
Some new Schiff bases were synthesized from pyrazolo aldehydes and triazoles and their structures were confirmed by IR, 1H NMR, and Mass spectral data. All these synthesized compounds were tested in vitro for their antimicrobial potential in N, N-dimethyl formamide and dimethyl sulfoxide by agar well diffusion method. The antimicrobial strains were of Gram positive bacteria, Gram negative bacterial and fungal strains.
